The AI Agent Survival Guide is published by EverThrive AI and presented by The Mighty Alexandra. When available, the Modern Mother's Edition is sold directly through this website using Stripe to process payment. It is a one-time purchase of a digital PDF, not a subscription or a physical book. The currency, price and any applicable tax are shown in checkout before you pay.
After payment is confirmed, the order page provides a private download and a delivery email is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Download links last seven days; save the PDF to your device. If a link expires or you cannot access your purchase, contact [email protected] with your Stripe receipt. Do not send card details or passwords.
The PDF is for your personal use. Do not resell it or publish the book or your private download link. A purchase does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
We refund duplicate charges and delivery problems we cannot resolve. Request help or a refund by emailing [email protected] with your Stripe receipt or the email address used at checkout. We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds for digital guide purchases. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
Refunded purchases lose access to further downloads. Nothing in these terms limits cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply by law.
Other books and merchandise may be offered through a separate shop or provider. The actual seller, delivery details, shipping charges and returns policy will be shown before an order is placed. For an order placed through Fourthwall, that shop's applicable order and returns terms govern the transaction. The direct Stripe guide refund policy above applies to guide purchases made here, not to a separate shop purchase.
TMA (Time, Money, Assets) is a separate service at timemoneyassets.com with its own terms, pricing and privacy policy. Links from this site to TMA are provided for your convenience; signing up there is an agreement with TMA, not with this site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Mighty Alexandra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
