This website (themightyalexandra.com) is operated by Alexandra Fota ("The Mighty Alexandra", "we", "us"), based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it, in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law.

What we collect

Email address — when you join the newsletter, ask for the free chapter of The AI Agent Survival Guide, or ask for first access to the book or the shop, we collect the email you provide and which form you used. The guide form also takes your first name if you choose to give it, and notes which link or campaign brought you to the page.
Booking details — consultations are scheduled through Calendly, which collects your name, email, and appointment details under Calendly's privacy policy.
Orders — Fearless and merchandise are sold through our shop on Fourthwall. The AI Agent Survival Guide is sold through Stripe, with protected download delivery and transactional email. These providers collect the details needed to process and deliver your order. Fourthwall collects the order, payment and delivery details needed to fulfil your purchase, under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details.
Correspondence — if you email us at [email protected], we keep that correspondence to respond to you.

The "Mighty Check" on the home page runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information. We use Cloudflare's analytics to count visits; it does not use cookies or identify you.

How we use it

To send the newsletter, the guide chapter, or the updates you asked for. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour unsubscribes promptly (per Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, CASL).
To prepare for and follow up on consultations you book.
To respond to your messages.

Third-party services

We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Beehiiv (newsletter), Resend (email delivery), Calendly (scheduling), and Fourthwall (shop). Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Links to TMA (timemoneyassets.com) take you to a separate service with its own privacy policy.

Retention and your rights

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
